  • 1. Register Your School

    Schools across Australia can sign up for the programme at no cost. Simply join by clicking on the REGISTER YOUR SCHOOL button below or CLICK HERE. Complete the registration form and submit

  • 2. Prepare for the new Release

    Once registered, your school will be notified in advance of each product launch. You’ll receive product booklets with order forms, along with an online order link to share with students and families. We’ll also provide a due date and marketing tips to help boost engagement. Each release runs for 2 weeks only.

  • 3. Earn Cashback for Your School 

    Funky Station processes all orders and pays 20% of the total sales directly back to your school’s funding account. Depending on the order volume, payments are usually made within 3 weeks after all orders are processed.

  • 4. Delivery

    Orders are validated, packed and delivered to the school for distribution to students.

Does it cost the school anything?

No, there’s absolutely no cost to the school. It’s completely free to sign up and run. We provide all the materials and products, so the school doesn’t have to pay for anything.

Is the school required to sell products?

No, the school doesn’t have to sell any products. Families simply place their orders directly through FunkyStation.

How do schools participate in the Funky Station School Rewards Programme?

To participate in the programme, your school must register with FunkyStation. Once registered, your school will receive product pamphlets and order forms for distribution to students before the next release. If your school accepts cash payments, parents can return the completed order forms along with cash payments to the school for FunkyStation to collect by the due date.

How does the 20% cashback work?

FunkyStation pays a 20% cashback to the school based on the total sales value once orders are processed. However, if any orders are refunded, the cashback amount for those refunded items will be deducted from the school's next payment.

Why does the orders take time to arrive?

Once your school’s order is submitted, it enters our processing stage, which takes approximately 1-2 weeks. This includes validating order details and processing payment. After that, delivery takes an estimated 5-7 weeks, covering item verification, composite sorting, pick-and-pack, and freight.

Because we handle multiple school orders simultaneously, processing times can be longer than regular retail orders. Delays may also occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, supplier disruptions, or unexpected events such as natural disasters. We always try our best to meet the estimated delivery timeframes. If delivery extends beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify the school. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

How does Funky Station handle payment from purchasing families?

Schools may collect cash payments from parents or caregivers if this option is available. Alternatively, they can pay online through the FunkyStation website.

What if an order is refunded after the cashback has been paid?

If a refund is processed for any order, FunkyStation will deduct the appropriate cashback portion from the next school payment. For example, if $200 of a school’s total order is refunded, 20% of that refund ($40) will be deducted from the school’s next cashback payment.

Can schools sell Funky Station products outside of the programme?

FunkyStation products are intended for personal use by students at participating schools only. Re-selling or distributing these products through commercial channels or outside of the intended school programme is prohibited.

What happens if my school is unable to process orders or payments correctly?

FunkyStation is not responsible for errors in order processing, payments, or distribution managed by the school. We recommend schools follow all procedures and deadlines carefully to ensure orders are processed smoothly.

Can Funky Station help with marketing materials?

Yes, FunkyStation provides schools with marketing materials, including product pamphlets and order forms, to distribute to students and families. If additional support is needed, schools can contact Funky Station for assistance.

How does Funky Station protect personal information?

FunkyStation collects only the necessary information to process orders and manage the rewards programme. We adhere to strict data protection practices and comply with privacy laws. For full details, schools should refer to our Privacy Policy.

How does Funky Station handle delayed deliveries?

Delivery times are estimates, and Funky Station is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. If a delay occurs, Funky Station will notify the school of any expected changes to the delivery timeframe.
